Words At Work Workshop

The goal is to create the “Ideal Customer Care Experience.” Employees across the services do their best to shape the excellence of care through the delivery of quality service. To help with these efforts, we offer Words that Work.

Words that Work (WTW) is planned communication that reflects and supports your organization’s mission, vision and values. It serves as a guide in what to say, or how to handle given situations and sometimes difficult encounters through words that help us to make connections with patients and families. The model is about more than just what we say. It also includes our actions, behaviors and gestures – those things that reinforce the sincerity of the message we are attempting to convey

After this session, participants should:

  • Recognize how using Words that Work can simplify the delivery of exceptional service
  • Identify actions, behaviors and gestures that go —beyond the words
  • Implement the principles of Words that Work in into daily interactions
