Tracey L. Woods

In Season Solutions, founded in 2008, is led by Tracey Woods, an organizational development specialist who brings over 25 years of experience to In Season Solutions. In Season Solutions, partners with companies to transform their organization through enhancement of their leaders and workforce. Through organizational development, and providing performance skills training for leaders, supervisors and technical professionals, In Season Solutions helps organizations accomplish their goals. In Season Solutions is dedicated to helping organizations increase effectiveness. In Season Solutions, LLC has clients in both the public and private sectors. Public sector clients include general health care, non-profits, and County government. In Season Solution’s clients have enhanced their business analysis, strategic thinking, visionary leadership and
interpersonal skills and produced high impact results.

Before starting her consulting practice, Tracey built a successful career at the University of Michigan Health Systems. She served as a Performance Consultant and Instructional Designer in the Department of Service Excellence, Office of Patient Experience. For over 30 years, she has specialized in leadership development solutions, through coaching for excellence, team building and team development programs. Tracey enjoys spending her leisure time, focused on empowering and supporting women, as mentoring and networking were a part of her business career long before they were common terms.
