Anger is a powerful and constructive emotion.  But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems—problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. Learning how to express your anger calmly and process your emotions effectively before reacting can be challenging.

In this workshop we explore tools and techniques that help to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes.
